Our Vanguard team of experienced Spartans will be with you every step of the way to support your depot, field and back office staff before launch and during launch week.
Before launch, we set up and deliver tailored half-day training courses for all PHALANX users – either directly or using a ‘train-the-trainer’ approach. Our courses are designed to minimise the impact on your day-to-day operations.
During launch week, Vanguard team members ‘walk the floor’ and make themselves available in every department using PHALANX. Wearing high visibility red jackets, the team is always on hand to answer any questions and provide on-the-spot training and support.
