Spartan has experience of a wide range of rugged enterprise class mobile devices and will select the appropriate device to match customer need.
Rugged and reliable, the devices provide an ergonomic high resolution screen which is of particular benefit to operators using the device over extended periods of time.
As well as being compatible with all standard wireless networks, the devices also support connection via GPRS when standard networks are beyond reach.
Optional extras include a built-in barcode reader, and compact snap-on RFID readers to provide full functionality while making sure the unit remains small, light and manageable in size.
Typical units use long-life rechargeable batteries with ‘hot-swappable’ spares capable of delivering power throughout a 24 by 7 shift.
