Spartan Solutions Ltd will launch iPad and iPhone support for their Phalanx product at the ONS show.

Phalanx provides control of equipment-based operations, removing the associated errors and waste of traditional paper based processes.

Phalanx for the iPhone and iPad gives executives and management the ability to continuously track the performance of their operations. For example, account managers can check the distribution of jobs and projects per customer, drilling down into specific fields and rigs.

David Williams, Technical Director, says “The iPad shares the Instant-On nature of the iPhone, and delivers a very similar user experience that executives and managers will be comfortable with. We believe that running Phalanx on the iPad and related technologies will provide seamless control and visibility of equipment based operations.”

Spartan completely re-developed their HTML based interfaces to ensure compliance with the iPad platform and have taken advantage of its touchscreen interface to provide highly informative and easy to use reports of operational performance.

Spartan will be at Stand 1018 for the duration of ONS 2010. ONS runs from 24th to 27th August in Stavanger, Norway. For more information visit http://www.ons.no
